It is permissible to agree to resolve disputes arising from the privatization contract or any ancillary contracts through arbitration

The Cabinet decision included: It is permissible to agree to resolve disputes arising from the privatization contract, or any affiliated contracts, through arbitration – whether inside or outside the Kingdom – in accordance with rules issued by the Board of Directors of the National Center for Privatization, provided that the rules include specifying the applicable law whether the arbitration is conducted inside or outside the Kingdom.
