The Private Sector Participation Governing Rules

These rules replace the supervisory committees’ work rules for the sectors targeted for privatization and their tasks, as amended by Cabinet Decision No. (55) dated 20/1/1442 AH: General provisions, definitions, approving authority to issue approvals for privatization projects, contracting authority, governance of the supervisory committee, sector development, final provisions, and enforcement.
